frequently asked questions
how do i schedule a tattoo?
There are a few ways to schedule an appointment with us. You can fill out a booking request form on this website in the "Booking" tab. That is the most thorough and efficient way to get the ball rolling.
You can also call, email, or message the shop on Instagram. Our contact information, hours, and address are all on the bottom of this page. If you have a specific artist you are trying to schedule with, you can find their social media handles in the "Our Artists" tab.
can i talk to an artist about my ideas before i book?
Of course! You can schedule a consultation with an artist if you want to talk through your ideas, questions, and concerns before committing to an appointment. You're welcome to walk-in if you have questions, but if you want a more thorough consultation, we recommend making a consultation appointment.
how much will my tattoo cost?
Each artist has their own hourly rate, so ultimately the price of your tattoo depends on how long it takes for that artist to tattoo it. Feel free to ask your artist what their rates are, and if you have a budget pleasepleaseplease talk to your artist about it!
can i see my tattoo design before my appointment?
Depending on the artist you book with, you may be able to see mock-ups or sketches before your appointment. However, most artists will wait until you are there in person to show you the design. Most artists are working on drawings in order so they are ready for the date they are scheduled, so if your appointment is a ways off, they may not have had time to tackle it yet. Showing you the design in person allows you to more fully explain your thoughts and talk through any changes you want to make
(if any).
do i need an appointment or can i walk in?
We do accept walk-ins! That being said, if you want a large or custom piece, you may be asked to make an appointment for a later date. It's also never a bad idea to call ahead and see if there are any artists with walk-in availability that day.
what types of payment do you accept?
It depends on the artist. All of our artists accept cash, but if you are interested in different forms of payment, ask your artist what their options are! A few of our artists even accept Afterpay if you qualify.
can i bring someone with me to my appointment?
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring someone with you to your tattoo appointment. However, we do ask that you do not bring small children with you as there are hazardous materials around. We also ask that you only bring 1 or 2 people with you, as we do not want anyone to feel crowded.
what should i wear to my appointment?
Most importantly, make sure you are comfortable! Layering up is always a good idea. It can get cold in the shop even if it's hot outside (and vice versa). You should wear clothing you wouldn't mind getting stained. If you know where on your body you are getting tattooed, make sure that area is accessible. If you're not sure, bring yourself options, especially if you are more comfortable being covered up. We will do our best to accommodate you as much as possible, but tape and drop cloths can only do so much.
